How to File a Claim

For the fastest service, we recommend calling your insurance carrier directly to open the claim. Have your policy number ready.

Step 1: Find Your Carrier Contact

Check your policy documents or ID card for the "Claims" phone number. Most major carriers have 24/7 claims hotlines.

Step 2: Notify Us (Optional but Recommended)

Emergency Repairs?

If you have building damage (e.g., burst pipe, roof leak), take immediate steps to prevent further damage (Turn off water, tarp the roof). Keep all receipts for emergency repairs.
