1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of titaniumshieldinsurance.com (this "Website"), operated by Volxz LLC, doing business as Titanium Shield Insurance Agency ("Titanium Shield," "we," "our," or "us"), an independent insurance agency at 1955 W Hamlin Rd, Suite 213, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. By browsing this Website you agree to the general terms in Sections 2–5 below. Separately, Section 6 (SMS Messaging Terms) governs text messaging and applies only if you affirmatively opt in to receive texts from us — browsing this Website or agreeing to these general terms does not, by itself, enroll you in text messaging.

2. Use of this website

This Website is provided for general information about Titanium Shield and the lines of insurance we place. You may use it to learn about coverage types, request a quote, request a review of your existing coverage, or contact our office. You agree not to misuse the Website — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent information through our forms, or using automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

3. Insurance-specific terms

Because this Website describes insurance products, the following terms apply to everything on it:

• General information only. Coverage descriptions, FAQs, and other content on this Website are general summaries written for information purposes. They do not replace, and are not a substitute for, the actual policy language, declarations page, and endorsements issued by your carrier. Where this Website and your policy conflict, your policy governs.
• Quotes are not binders. A quote, estimate, or coverage discussion presented through this Website or in response to a form submission is not an offer of coverage, a binder, or a guarantee of price, terms, or carrier appetite. Coverage is subject to underwriting, carrier approval, and the premium and terms the carrier issues.
• Submitting a form or text does not change your coverage. Completing a quote form, contact form, or renewal-review request — or sending us a text message, where you have opted in to text messaging — does not itself bind, add, remove, or cancel any coverage. Coverage changes take effect only when confirmed through our agency's authorized process (typically a direct conversation or written confirmation with our office) and, where required, written confirmation from the carrier.
• Coverage is governed by the issued policy. The rights and obligations of any policy we help place are governed solely by that policy's terms, conditions, exclusions, and endorsements as issued by the carrier.
• Not an emergency or guaranteed claims-reporting channel. Neither this Website nor text messaging is a substitute for prompt claims reporting. For an active claim or an emergency, use the contact methods on our claims & support page, which include your carrier's claims line.

4. Links to other sites

This Website links to carrier websites, social media profiles, and other third-party resources for convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or practices of any site we link to.

5. Limitation of liability

This Website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Titanium Shield is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit. These Terms do not include, and we do not ask you to accept, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of your ability to participate in a class action merely by visiting this Website.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Titanium Shield Insurance Agency SMS Communications.

These SMS Messaging Terms apply only if you affirmatively opt in to text messaging — for example, by checking an SMS consent box on one of our forms. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing insurance, requesting a quote, or receiving a coverage review from us.

What we send. Based on your opt-in, you may receive texts related to a quote you requested, coordinating an appointment or call, requesting documents needed to complete your application or renewal, status updates on your policy or service request, and renewal reminders. We have not enabled, and this program does not currently cover, promotional or marketing text campaigns or cross-selling messages; if that changes, it will require a separate, clearly described consent and its own carrier registration.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging is not an emergency or guaranteed claims-reporting channel, and is not a secure channel. Do not send sensitive financial information, Social Security or identity numbers, payment-card numbers, or detailed medical information by text message. For an active claim, use our claims & support page.

Carrier registration for this messaging program is in progress and subject to the requirements of the messaging platforms we use (currently anticipated to be EZLynx and its underlying provider, Twilio). Until that registration is complete and confirmed, we are not enrolling anyone in text messaging through this Website; see the internal SMS registration checklist referenced in our delivery notes for current status.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, including the SMS Messaging Terms, as our practices, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date above when we do.
