Who We Are

Small business has always been personal to me. My family's auto repair business in Detroit gave me an early understanding of the responsibility owners carry. A business supports people's livelihoods. It represents years of effort, relationships with customers, and commitments that continue long after the doors close each day.

That perspective shapes how I run Titanium Shield. I want to understand the business behind the application: the property you own, the work your employees do, the customers you serve, and what has changed since your last renewal. Those details should guide the insurance conversation.

Based in Rochester Hills, Titanium Shield is an independent commercial insurance agency serving Metro Detroit and Michigan. Our work includes restaurants and hospitality businesses, apartment and multifamily properties, contractors, and auto repair shops and garages.

We begin by understanding your operations and reviewing the information that matters to your account. If you already have coverage, that includes examining your current policies and renewal terms. We consider pricing together with limits, deductibles, conditions, and exclusions, and explain the choices in language you can use.

My involvement continues after a policy is placed. When you need to update information, request a certificate, prepare for renewal, or work through a claim, I stay involved in helping you navigate the next step.
